CARRIE
Office Manager
Carrie graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor’s degree, and has been with Greenhaven Family Dental since 2008. She regularly attends the Annual Conference of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM).
She loves keeping up with patients’ lives during their dental visits, hearing about their families and travels, and sharing in their joys and sorrows. When she’s away from the office, Carrie routinely volunteers for her local church.
Although Carrie enjoys sewing, hiking, biking, hand-embroidering, and reading, her favorite pastime is spending time with her husband and three children.

CHELSEY
Registered Dental Hygienist
Chelsey graduated from St. Cloud Technical & Community College with an AAS in Dental Hygiene, and from Central Lakes College with an AAS in Dental Assisting. She is also specially-certified in CPR, as well as the administration of nitrous oxide sedation and local anesthesia.
Most days, Chelsey focuses on educating patients, and is known for her attention to detail and gentle hand. She loves that her patients have friendly personalities and a great sense of humor, and enjoys getting to know everyone and their families personally.
Chelsey is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association (ADHA), and volunteers with Mission of Mercy, Give Kids a Smile, and Caring Hands Dental Clinic. In her downtime, she likes to unwind by spending time with her family and two Labrador Retrievers.

AMANDA
Registered Dental Hygienist
Amanda graduated from Herzing University with an AAS in Dental Hygiene, and is specially-certified in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide administration. She is especially easy-going, and treats patients as part of her own family while educating them about proper oral hygiene practices.
When she can, Amanda volunteers with charities such as Project Homeless Connect and the Feed My Starving Children Organization, and has traveled to the Philippines for a Ronald McDonald House mission trip.
In her free time, Amanda prefers to spend time camping, fishing, and enjoying family activities with her husband and two children, as well as their pets, a bulldog, cat, and bunny.

JEFF
Dental Assistant
Jeff is a licensed and certified dental assistant with an AAS degree from Central Lakes College, and a positive, caring attitude. Every day, Jeff spends time getting to know each patient on a personal level, making each visit seem like visiting an old friend.
Jeff is a Dental Assisting Program Board Member at Central Lakes College, and during his time as a student, he made the President’s list with a 4.0 GPA. In his spare time, Jeff volunteers with the charity group, Give Kids a Smile.
Outside of the office, Jeff thoroughly enjoys fishing and playing golf, and spending time with his wife, two daughters, and two Golden Retrievers.

DANA
Dental Assistant
Dana joined our team as a dental assistant in December 2016. She graduated from Central Lakes College in May 2016. She is a certified and licensed dental assistant and is a member of the American Dental Assistant Association (ADAA). She’s volunteered with the Give Kids A Smile program and loves getting to know her patients and helping them in any way she can. When not in the office, Dana enjoys snowmobiling, hunting, fishing, four wheeling, and being outdoors and on the lake.
